Training with Me

My philosophy is that the human body was made to move, and when you move better you feel better. I’m interested in sharing my knowledge of functional movement and healthy lifestyle routines with my clients so they can feel like they are always being their best selves. I understand that in today’s modern world, it has become more of an obstacle to move as much as our body was built for, but that is why I’m here to help. Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain, sports specific, or just ways to live healthier and longer. I enjoy helping my clients get there in the most optimal way for their bodies.

My training style is influenced by my athletic background as well as my experience in being a professional dancer. Since the age of 4, I played every sport under the sun. I’ve always enjoyed the physical and mental challenge of movement, as well as the camaraderie of working on a team. In my dance training, it was heavily engrained in me about the importance of every detail. When it comes to my clients, I believe in the nuances of each movement because an accumulation of all the small details are what help make the greatest changes.
